1. LED lamp

Our quality control for LEDs (fully automatic plug in machine)

lMachine wavelength test only tolerate ±1nm error. To ensure the color consistency of our led screen.

lCan avoid the static damage on LEDs by manual plug in. To keep their long lifespan.

lAutomatic plug in, LEDs firmly fixed on the PCB. To reduce the possibility of LEDs loosening or falling off from PCB and cause LEDs unlighted after led screen working a period of time.

2. LED module

Our quality control for module (automatic wave soldering and best module design)

lAutomatic wave soldering ensure ourtin points uniform and full, can greatly avoid the cold solder, false solder, dead solder. To guaranteethe stability of our led screen.

lAdvanced technology IC built-in PCB front, IC fully sealed with heat conductive glueand PCB conformal coating process to protect them from water, oxidation and corrosion.
