Shipping policy

If you have own forwarder in China, we can send the goods to your forwarder directly. Otherwise, we usually use express of DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT and so on. If you want to use air-express or ocean-shipping, that is ok.

- LED display brand name: Accept to print your company logo.

- Voltage: 220V/50Hz (if your local voltage is 110V/60Hz, please let us know).

- Warranty time and terms:

 1) 2 years quality warranty, maintenance for whole life time.

 2) we will provide some modules and some meterials such as cable, LED lamp, IC ect. For free parts to repair if there is something wrong with it during this period.

 3) free training: You could send your staff who have some knowledge of electronics to our factory and we will provide free training of how to maintain and repair, or we take video about the operate and repair way to user; Provide remote assistance and CAD drawing.

 4) technical support: Our engineer could be sent to guide the installation and test the software.

Payment terms:

T/T, L/C, western union, moneygram, ect.

30% T/T in deposit, balance 70% T/T before shipment.

Lead time: Below 50sqm, it will take about 2-3 weeks after receiving deposit.
