Street LED display has the character of big light point, large pixel pitch, high brightness, anti-wind, anti-rain, waterproof, long-term work under the sun, suitable for long distance viewing.
It is installed beside main road or commercial street. The usage can be divided into two categories, for advertising and for message guidance(transport information guidance on highways and date, time guidance).
It always use DIP(Dual In-line Package)technique. The viewing angle is hard to master, not only need for good design, but also a better process design and quality management. The factors affect viewing angle is as below:
1. The package appearance of LED lights
2. The cup or bowl shape for LED lights support
3. The quality and structions of chips
4. The refactive index of the package glue
5. The consistency of package material
6. Packaging process(ie, light-emitting chip's shining height position)
