Gear Bond Tester

The radial bound of the gear ring Fr, within one rotation of the gear, the testing header is in the grooves or on the gear, and touch the both sides of the high and middle part of the groove, and the testing header shall point to the axle of the gear. Therefore, the radial bound inspection is performed according to the testing header of original shape of the groove. The sketch shows the theory indication of this tester. During the test, fix the tested gear installed on the axle between the two probes of the tester, and insert the testing headers with original groove shape into the grooves of the gear in order. Then the bound status of the testing header to the rotation axle of the gear shall be indicated.
It is used for inspecting the radial bound or end surface bound of columns, taper outer groove engaging gears and worm wheels and worms whose accuracy is at level 6 or below.
