        Nata de coco is a chewy, translucent, jelly-like food product produced by thefermentation of coconut water, which gels through the production of microbial celluloseby Acetobacter xylinus. Nata de coco is most commonly sweetened as a candy or dessert, and can accompany many things including pickles, drinks, ice cream,puddings and fruit mixes.

a.    Nata de coco raw:

         - No syrup

         - Pressed ratio (in percentage): 1/10; 1/5

         - Whole: 20x30 cm

         - Cut Size:3x3x3mm; 5x5x5mm; 10x10x10mm; 14x14x14mm or buyer’s request

         - Type: Star, animal, cuttle,… Or buyer’s reques

b.     Nata de coco in syrup:

         - Solid: Nata de coco/ Syrup: 60/40; 50/50; 80/ 20 ( as buyer’s request)

         - Size: 3mm; 5mm; 10mm; 14mm  as buyer request

         - Brix: Light syrup ( 10-12-14-16); Heavy syrup (18-20) as buyer’s request.
