Q1:What about the TRADE TERM?
A1:We quote on FOB Ning/Shanghai price for the bulk order, EX-WORK price will be quoted for sample.
Q2:What is your PAYMENT TERM?
A2:TT in advance, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL;
Western Union and PayPal is also acceptable for urgent sample order.
Q3:Is it available to print client's logo?
A3:OEM service can be provided when your quantity is large, as it will takes longer time and charge more just for a very small q'ty.
Q4:What about the inverter's WARRANTY?
A4:Standard warranty is 15 years, we can make it longer to 25years as per client's special request, need extra charge.
