Beyond its electrical insulating properties, epoxy resins exhibit great dimensional stability (shrinkage is usually less than 1 percent) and superior adhesive properties. G10/FR4 has extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric loss properties, and good electric strength properties, both wet and dry. The main difference between NEMA Grades G10 and FR4 is that FR4 is a fire retardant grade of G10. Therefore, FR4 can be safely substituted where G10 is called for, while G10 can never be substituted where FR4 is called for.

Light Green FR4 Sheet are electrical alkali-free glass woven fabric base impregnated epoxy resin binder by processing under pressure and heat, which have extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric properties, good electric strength properties and fine heat and humidity resistance. In addition, it has anti-fire property.
Epoxy Glass Cloth FR4 sheet ,Grade FR4 sheet exhibits extremely high mechanical strength(flexural,impact,and bonding) at room temperature and has good dielectric loss and electric strength properties under both dry and humid conditions.

A: All goods are packed in a sustainable manner(Standard Export Package).
1) Sheets and rolls: All sheets and rolls are carefully packed with protective PE film, plastic wrap, corner support, and iron strips etc. to ensure the safety of long-distance transportation. Rolls will be in protective PE Bubble Bag additionally.
2)Rods: Rods are normally packed in tailored wooden cartons.
