EEA & EVA.

If client are going to use HEATING FILM for High temperature such as the film with over 200 Wattage. Every seller has to explain about EEA, EVA, PE+EVA!!! 

The construction of Carbon heating film has 5s Layer as below:

Funcion : EEA & EVA or PE + EVA

  -> This layer are what it is laminate both Base film and Laminating film basically. 

      But there are different property of matter For temperature. 

         Melting point (Degree)

          a. EEA : over 200 degree (cost : more expensive than EVA 3times)

          b. EVA : under 90 degree (cost : More expensive than PE+EVA 1.5Times)

          c. PE+EVA : Around 180~200degree, BUT they should be occurred Crack in the sheet. so it will possible to occur the spark in some of part. 

      the HEATING FILM FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE, It is must be applied the EEA for production. because some time the temperature will reached over 100 degree at some of part. 

But Most manufacturer are using EVA or PE + EVA only. Because they want to cut small cost off, and want to provide best price to customer. But quality has downed actually.
