1. Substrate: glass, acrylic sheet, PVC, aluminium sheet, aluminium composited panel, ABS double color sheet, ceramic tiles, corrugated board, cupboard, wave board, wood, leather, cavas cloth, carpets, wallpaper, etc rigid and flexible materials.
2 .Negative system: Japanese SMC negative pressure system.
3. Head carriage: automatically detecting and measuring height. It also can be used by hand. So both you can choose. There is sensor to detect automatically.
4. Hardening oxidation vacuum adsorption platform, Telflon painting.
5. The UV lamps has three power levers: Low, medium, and high.
6. . Negative system: Japanese SMC negative pressure meter. Colorful ink and white ink are in separate negative pressure system, makes the machine's ink flows in balance and stable.
7. . High configuration machine with fast speed and high resoution. High resolution up to 1440dpi.
8. X axis guide rail: Japan THK mute guide rails.
Y axis two guide rails. Y axis's transmissio device : two screws .
9 . Mute air compressor controls the UV lamps shutters. The UV shutters's open and close can be automatically adjusted by the software.
