Q1: How soon will I be able to get my Compatible HP138 Ink Cartridge? 

A1:  For the quantity within 100 pieces, the goods will be sent to you in 3-5 working days after received     deposit.

       And about 7-10 working days for 20GP quantity for normal models.

       And about 10-15 working days after received deposit for 40GP for normal models.

A8: Our print pages are exactly the same as original ink cartridges with the strict ISO19752 standard. And some models are in higher print page yield then original cartridges.

Q9: What is the defective percentage of your ink cartridges?
