The melting furnace is mainly composed of melting furnace, crucible, heating element, furnace cover lifting mechanism, electric automatic temperature control system, etc. The furnace shell is welded into a cylindrical shape from profiles and steel plates. There is a hole at the bottom of the front end of the furnace body for the crucible to leak due to cracks caused by corrosion and oxidation, so that the molten liquid in the crucible can flow out of the furnace body through the hole, so that the working chamber furnace body will not be damaged.


1) Furnace body. It is welded into a box-type integral furnace body with 8mm steel plate and section steel, and is provided with an air inlet, a material inlet, an aluminum intake nozzle, an aluminum discharge nozzle, a slag outlet and an auxiliary system support frame. The asbestos board material is used as the thermal insulation layer in the furnace shell. The furnace lining is made of refractory bricks and carbon-silicon brick mortar to protect the greenhouse, and the corresponding inlet and outlet are reserved.


2) Combustion system. It consists of oil tank, oil pump, burner and pipeline, and is divided into melting chamber and heat preservation chamber.


3) Degassing refining metamorphism system. A degassing refining and metamorphic chamber is set up on the other side of the water inlet, and pure nitrogen is used to blow into the molten aluminum under pressure, with the aid of blowing air and spraying flux. Nitrogen and flux are evenly distributed in the molten aluminum through the lower end of the adjustable graphite rotor, so as to achieve the effects of degassing, slag removal and refining of the molten aluminum, and are modified in the refining chamber.


4) Feeding system. The material can be automatically fed by mechanical means, or the matching charge can be fed into the smelting chamber manually.


5) Smoke exhaust system. A 300mm smoke exhaust pipe is set at the upper corner behind the smelting furnace to discharge the smoke outdoors.


6) Temperature measurement system. The temperature of each temperature measuring point can be automatically controlled by connecting a temperature measuring thermocouple and an automatic temperature controller. Main raw materials used in melting furnaces.


The main raw materials of the smelting furnace include steel, ferroalloys, master alloys, pure metals, special additives and slag discharge materials. Induction melting furnaces have limited refining capacity, low process flexibility, high quality requirements for smelting products, and high requirements for raw materials.


Requirements for raw materials of smelting furnace: accurate and stable chemical composition, clean and oil-free, less rust, high purity of raw materials, and reasonable size.
