The CDOCAST continuous quenching heat treatment production line is suitable for carburizing, carbonitriding, quenching and tempering of fasteners, hardware tools, bearing chains and other mechanical parts.
The quenching furnace and tempering furnace are equipped with hot water circulation device using waste heat heating to save 24 KW electric energy for cleaning and heating. Two sets of hot water circulation devices are connected, and the temperature of cleaning tank can reach 50-65 ℃.
This heat treatment furnace can be customized for electric heating type and gas heating type. The gas heating type is designed with imported gas burner, and the exhaust pipe introduces air. When burning, the gas is attracted to form negative pressure. Due to the special design in the double pipe, there is a heat exchanger inside, and the heat exchange rate is more than 60%.
