1.  Application

High temperature molybdenum wire furnace is the advanced metallurgical equipment for powder carbonation. It has many advantages has high degree of automation, high temperature control precision and high productivity, low energy consumption.

 

The Furnace chamber is made of corundum material, molybdenum wires will be hanged on two sides of the outside of furance chamber, the molybdenum wires is easy to exchange and have no effection on furnace tube maintenance. The furnace temperature can reach 1650°C, with Hydrogen as the protection mode.The molybdenum wires life is more than 12 months, furnace tube life is more than 10 months.

The furnace has automatic loading and unloadint system, the negative pressure emergency boat for nitrogen control. It is the best furnace to process middle and small tungsten carbide powder.
