Electrical Aluminum Scrap Melting Furnace (Zinc, Lead, Tin)

 

1. Application 

 

The crucible melting furnace is applicable to melting of ferrous metal and alloy of low melting point. The rated temperature of the furnace atmosphere is 850°C. The furnace can be used for melting non-ferrous metals such as zinc, lead, tin, etc.

 

 

 

2. Structural Introduction 

 

The furnace shell is made from steel plates and steel plates in a shape of a round column. The weldings are completely sealed. The refractory lining is comprised of superlight 0.6g/cm3 refractory material, silicate aluminum felt, and filling vermiculite powder. The heating components are OCr27A17MO2 high-resistance alloy belts. The hearth is casted with once-forming casting material with a long service life.   

 

Power supply prepared by the buyer: 

 

Power supply: 3-phase 4-wire , 380V±10%, 50Hz±3 Hz; 

 

Control power: 220V±10%,50Hz±3 Hz. 

 

 

 

3. Heating system and electrical control system 

 

1) heating system 

 

a)heating components—high-resistance belts (3 phases in total) 

 

b) Control system: temperature controller ( imported from Taiwan, 2 pieces), electronic power regulator, contactor, relay.   

 

c) Temperature sensing component: thermal coupling (2 pieces in together, 1 for measuring the hearth atmosphere temperature and another for measuring the molten aluminum temperature) 

 

2) Electrical control system (PID control)   

 

The thyristors are the main controlling component of the electrical control system. The output current is controlled through the change of the conduction angle of the thyristor. The furnace employs the advanced phase control and firing circuit to control the conduction angle of the thyristor. The temperature controller has various protection functions. When the furnace temperature rises over the upper limit or the current is abnoral due to faults, the controller can automatically stop pulse output, and stop power supply.

6. Post Sales Service  

 

Product warranty period: 1 year. The seller is responsible for repairing the furnace or replacing the broken parts if faults are caused by non-human manufacture defects, but damages caused by faulty operation by the workers are to be repaired by the buyer itself or by the seller at a certain rate. (Easy-worn parts, and natural consumption of high temperature parts are not included in the warranty.)
