Do you offer Alibaba Trade Assurance services?
YES. Deal via Trade Assurance is safer for both of us.
Do you provide free samples ?
For the first cooperation, we need to charge the sample and freight cost. And ship out in 3-5 working days after test. Sample cost
will be returned once you place bulk order.
Do you accept small quantity for trial order?
We accept small quantity for trial order to support your business. But please be advised that it could be difficult to be arranged
on our peak season.
What is the lead time ?
Sample: 3-5 working days after payment.Bulk order: 15-45 working days, please confirm case by case .
What is your payment term for bulk orders ?
We can accept 30% T/T in advance, balance against the copy of B/L Or L/C at sight.
How do you ship the goods?
DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Airline and sea shipping also optional. You can also send your shipping agent to pick up the goods.
Do you accept private label on product ?
Acceptable for bulk order at least 1000 pcs. If less, confirm case by case.
Do you accept color box packing when quantity is below MOQ ?
Most of our items are with free white gift box. We can make color box, but the cost of the printing plate fee will be included
