Operation Manual

1.1 Preparation to start

1.1.1 Check the machine is in good condition, the tubes are connected correctly, the cable is connected correctly, 

and the power meets the requirement of relative regulations.

1.1.2 All the adjust valve is on right position. The cooling tower is running with full water.

1.1.3 Before turning on the machine, please turn on the chilling water pump to confirm that the cooling there is enough water in tower.

1.2. Machine Running

1.2.1 After checking the cables and the tubes, turn the power switch, the power will first check the phase sequence, if the phase is reversed, the trouble light is on, please change the sequence of any two power phase and then re-turn on the machine. 

1.2.2 First turn on the water pump. After the chilling water is circulating, turn on the compressor and adjust the relative temperature, the machine enters automatic delay start state. Pay attention to that the temperature predetermined should not be lower than 5°C, in order to avoid freezing.

1.3  For the first time the compressor is turned on, the following items should be paid attention:  

a) First offer the machine power supply more than 12 hours.

b) The operator should first be family with the control box and its function.

1.4  Operation 

a)  Start up operation  

1) First turn on the cooling pump and the cooling tower, confirm their running is normally. 

2) Press  ON  key, then  compressor enter delayed starting up.

3) Press COMP1, COMP2 key to choose the compressor.

b) close down operation 

1) Press OFF key when the compressor is running, compressor will enter delayed running off. 

2) Turn off the cooling pump and the cooling tower.

1.4.4 Water temperature setup

Click the SET key, and use the up or down-ward key to select the suitable working temperature, and then click the SET key to confirm
