Working principle

Operating on the principle of hot air and cold air flow oppositely, the supply air and exhaust air pass through the two different side of the aluminum fin, the heat is transferred to the cold side from the hot side, to achieve the heat exchange  between fresh air and exhaust air. The fresh air and exhaust air are completely separate by the aluminum fin, which can avoid any odor’s and moisture’s transmission. 

  



Features

◆ High quality hydrophilic aluminum fin as the heat exchange material through special process, make the HRPS higher   efficiency and long service life.

◆ The air intake edge is with double 5 layer thickness process, the strength is higher

◆ The fin is with edge bite treatment and glue sealing, the air tightness is better

 ◆ The surface of aluminum fin is treated with spiral corrugated stamping, which makes the heat exchange area is 10% larger

Materials (for different Applications)

(1) B series: Standard type

Made of hydrophilic aluminum fin, and galvanized steel frame; Max working temperature is 100ºC; Suitable for almost working conditions. 


(2) F series: Anti-corrosion type

Made of epoxy resin coated aluminum fin, and galvanized steel frame; Max working temperature is 100ºC;  Suitable for strong corrosion working conditions. 


(3) G series: Temperature resistant type

Made of stainless steel fin, and stainless steel frame, sealed with special sealant; Max working temperature is 300ºC; Suitable for high temperature airflow working conditions.
