Working Principle
1, Card reader actually is a radio-frequency identification device.In briefly,Card reader forms a magnetic field, A card reader is a data input device that reads data from a card-shaped storage medium. The first were punched card readers, which read the paper or cardboard punched cards that were used during the first several decades of the computer industry to store information and programs for computer systems. Modern card readers are electronic devices that can read plastic cards embedded with either a barcode, magnetic strip, computer chip or another storage medium.
2, A memory card reader is a device used for communication with a smart card or a memory card. A magnetic card reader is a device used to read magnetic stripe cards, such as credit cards. A business card reader is a device used to scan and electronically save printed business cards.
RFID is a tracking technology used to identify and authenticate tags that are applied to any product, individual or animal. Radio frequency Identification and Detection is a general term used for technologies that make use of radio waves in order to identify objects and people.
3, Introduction to RFID
Purpose of Radio frequency Identification and Detection system is to facilitate data transmission through the portable device known as tag that is read with the help of RFID reader; and process it as per the needs of an application. Information transmitted with the help of tag offers location or identification along with other specifics of product tagged – purchase date, color, and price. Typical RFID tag includes microchip with radio antenna, mounted on substrate.
4, The RFID tags are configured to respond and receive signals from an RFID transceiver. This allows tags to be read from a distance, unlike other forms of authentication technology. The RFID system has gained wide acceptance in businesses, and is gradually replacing the barcode system.
5, Basic RFID consists of an antenna, transceiver and transponder. To understand the working of a typical RFID system, check the following animation.
Antenna emits the radio signals to activate tag and to read as well as write information to it. Reader emits the radio waves, ranging from one to 100 inches, on the basis of used radio frequency and power output. While passing through electronic magnetic zone, RFID tag detects activation signals of readers.

This product is directly produced and sold in Pingxiang factory.Dongguan has one factory while there are three factories in Pingxiang.There is no standard specification for inductance coils.So before purchasing you should contact the customer service to know whether there are samples, to know related costs of samples and fixtures.
2,About size
Inside and outside tolerance:±1% The size of coils is based on drawings. Ferrite deviation:6%-8%.
3,About color
The color of coil is decided according to different raw material of suppliers.In general it is primary color.But if you need other colors, please communicate with our customer service staff in advance.
4,About aftersales
If you find that there is damage of goods after receipt, please tell our customer service immediately and we will give you a satisfactory answer in 24 hours.
5,About delivery
