Application fields:
Plate ice has the characteristic of great density, high cleanliness, large cool storage capacity and adjustable ice size, it has become increasingly important in industry, agriculture and fisheries.
Plate ice is applied to fishery production and aquatic product processing, long range fishing, transportation, meat processing, supermarket fresh display, food processing, medicine, chemical dyestuff, fermentation engineering, constructional engineering, concrete cooling engineering, mime cooling, ice storage project and paper-making industry ect.
2.Plate Ice making principle
Sprinkle the water uniformly over plates of evaporator, and let the water on the plates be frozen through the entering refrigerant medium. When the thickness of ice meets customers requires, it will stop supplying of water. Introduce the self-generated accumulation heat into the plates and cause the ice on the plates to fall freely.
It comes in irregular shapes, and its texture is dry, hard and transparent. Plate ice machine has a daily output from 1 tons to 200tons. The thickness of the ice: 6mm to 20mm.
This product is controlled by micro computer to supervise its running status and how the machine runs, very easy to install and operate with the text display. This kind of machine has a great advantage in energy saving.

Installation:
Installing by the user: we will test and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.
All equipment is installed on one steel frame except the cooling tower so it's very convenient to install on spotand it can be put into use immediately after connecting it with the water and electricity resource. The cooling method of the condenser can be customized.
