•Aug 6 2019, Woden requested to go to Inner Mongolia for a free on-site training service at the request of a natural gas company. Although the equipment purchased by the company had already passed the warranty period, on the basis of good cooperation between the two parties, Woden went again.
• The customer is located in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, China. The main business scope covers CNG, LNG, urban pipe network and operation and maintenance of pipelines. It has laid the resource foundation for the development of China's natural gas industry and comprehensively promoted the natural gas industry in the autonomous region. The development has promoted the widespread application for natural gas clean energy in the autonomous region.
• The natural gas company purchased the products in our company in 2016, but due to the internal personnel flow and other reasons, the field staff could not be skilled in operating the hydraulic wrench. For the sake of on-site operation safety, the customer contacted us for negotiation and requested again. Some personnel have been trained. Since the equipment has been purchased for more than 3 years and exceeds the warranty period, according to our regulations, it is not eligible for free on-site guidance. However, due to the special circumstances of the customer and the company considering that natural gas is a livelihood project, Woden decided to send After-sales technicians worker go to the user site for free training once again.
