The flow rate is proportional to the driving speed and displacement.
With the increase of the angle of the swashplate from zero to its maximum, the flow rate increases.
When the swashplate passes through the middle, the direction of hydraulic oil flow will change smoothly.
High-pressure oil outlet is equipped with two pressure relief valves to prevent static transmission (pump and motor) from overloading.
High pressure relief valve can also be used as a filling valve.
Built-in refueling pump acts as feed pump and controls pressure supply;
Maximum filling pressure is limited by built-in filling relief valve.

-Project planning, assembly and commissioning of axial plunger components must be carried out by qualified personnel.
2、 Axial plunger units (especially electromagnets) may be at risk of burning during and shortly after operation.
3、Appropriate safety measures (such as wearing protective clothing) should be taken.
- The characteristics of the axial plunger unit may vary with different working conditions (working pressure, oil temperature) of the axial plunger element, the characteristics may change.
1、Oil nozzles and fixed threads are designed for maximum prescribed pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factor of connecting components and pipes meets the specified working conditions (pressure, flow, hydraulic oil, temperature).2、The data and instructions contained here must be followed.

For installation bolts with ISO metric threads in accordance with DIN 13 standard and with ASME B1.1 standard threads, we recommend that the tightening torque of each box be checked according to VDI 2230.

The maximum allowable tightening torque MG Max is the maximum value for the internal threaded holes and shall not exceed that value.
