1 . Q: What is your MOQ ?
A:Usually our MOQ is 1,000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
2 . Q:Can I get sample ?
A:Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
3 . Q:How long is the sample lead time?
A:For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 3-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
4 . Q:How long is the production lead time?
A:It takes 15-20 days for MOQ.
5 . Q:How much is the freight charge?
A:To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity.For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.
6 . Q:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A:We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
