1, Weaving: The raw material is weaved according to customer’s requirement.
2, Dyeing: After getting the raw material, we’ll dye the material according to order requirement.
3, Coating: After the dye work, we’ll do coating processing to the fabric. This is the most difficult step. We have advanced coating machine, experienced workers, and strict operation standard to fulfill this job.
4, Cutting: Thermal cutting will make sure the cutting edge is smooth enough. Inspection work will also be done during cutting. We have very strict inspection principles.
5, Packing: After carefully inspection, the good quality fabric will be packed in rolls, wrapped with bubble plastic film, marked with labels, and put into paper tubes.

A: Sure, you can order other width like 2.8m, we’ll use 3.0m width fabric to cut. The waste edge cost |

2) Q: About the light fastness, what’s your assurance? |
A: Our coating production standard for light fastness is not less than AATCC-4.0 |
3) Q: Your products catalogue for some products only have about five colors, if we need other colors, |
can you produce for us? |
A: Our products catalogue is only to show you the fabric surface effect and for you to check the |
quality. If you have your own special requirement for the color. just need to send us color sample |
or let us know the Pantone color No. Our production team is capable of making fabric color sample |

4) Q: We have very strict requirement for the blackout effect. We need 100% blackout effect, can you |
produce or not? |
A: We’re happy to tell you that 100% blackout is only a basic production standard in our factory. |
5) Q: Can you produce special requirement like FR effect for fabric? |
