  Oil Heat Exchanger is the leading product of the Jinan Water Supply Equipment Co.,Ltd.,it uses all-stainless steel welded structure, and the size is only 1/5 of the traditional shell and tube heat exchanger. It not only has the advantage of little volume and high-temperature resistance like brazed plate heat exchanger, but also overcome the defect of the aging and high maintenance cost brought from the plant heat exchanger’s rubber strip(the main material is NBR and EPDM). It uses the vortex tube made of stainless steel as the heat exchanger component, improving the exchanger’s whole performance greatly.
Vortex Hot-Film Heat Exchanger adopts the newest vortex hot-film heat transfer technology. It increases the transfer effect by changing the fluid’s motion condition. When the mediator (fluid) pass the vortex tube’s surface, it will wash the tube’s surface powerfully, thereby enhancing the heat transfer efficiency up to 10000W/m2. °C. In the meantime, the structure achieves the function of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and fouling prevention. The other heat exchanger’s fluid channel is fixed-direction form, forming the flow around the heat exchanger’s surface , so the convection heat transfer coefficient will be lower.
Vortex Hot-Film Heat Exchanger’s biggest feature is the unity of economy and safety. Considering the flow relations between heat exchanger tubes, the tubes and shells, the exchanger will not force the onflow out by the cross baffle’s forced block, but form the alternate vortex by natural inducement between the heat exchanger tubes; and will keep the proper vibration intensity on the premise that the heat exchanger tube will not rub each other. The heat exchanger tube’s rigidity and flexibility is assorted well, and they will not collide with each other, so it not only solve the damage problem caused by the floating coil heat exchanger tubes’ collision, but also avoid the common shell and tube exchanger’s problem of easy fouling.
