Description

Shrink wrapping machine is an automatic packing equipment which continuously unfold the film roll to cut the film at required length,and deliver the film by vacuum adsorption slope conveyor to the bottom of a group of container,the container continues to forward at the same time the revolving rod puts the film to wrap the container,and the film ends overlap to the film initial position under the container,then the wrapped plastic container is fed into a heating tunnel,finally form the film shrink wrapped product.The machine is composed by container feeding device,the container grouping and arrange device,firm stretching device,film cutting device,film delivering device and shrink film wrapping and shrink tunnel.It can be used to pack different containers,such as:plastic bottles,glass bottles,cans,jars or a plurality of small packaging.Packing capacity can be up to 150 packs per minute.
