3. Is it OK to print our logo on the products?
Sure. We can made OEM and ODM service for you as long as you tell us your idea specifically or provide
your design.
4. Can I have a sample order firstly to check the quality?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
5. What's your MOQ limit for the OEM order?
Our MOQ is 12PCS for the "UKU" brand ukuleles; 200PCS for the OEM order.
6. What about the lead time?
Usually, samples need 15-20 days, mass production time need 25-45 days. It will depend on the item
models and the quantities actually.
7. What's your payment terms?
We accept payment by TT transfer, paypal and other ways. For sample order, full payment before the
shipment. For official order, 30% deposit in advance after confirming the order by both sides, the balance
should be paid when the goods is ready for shipment.
