Machine features:

1.The teeth grinding and adjusting of saw blade’s anterior angle is by rotating grinding wheel’s angle, and the angle between grinding wheel’s left side and saw blade’s center is anterior angle, so there is no calculation error in anterior angle. However, general grinding machine in market makes anterior angle with grinding wheel’s left side and saw blade’s center by translation of grinding wheel, which will result in deviation in offset, so the calculation precision is smaller than ours’. 

2. Regarding angle adjusting, our grinding machine is adopted with servo motor with brake directly connecting with robot RV reduction gears, which means grinding wheel power and feeding mechanism are fixed on RV reduction gears directly, so grinding precision of anterior angle is also RV reduction gears precision, and RV reduction gears’ rotation precision is smaller than 1 arc minute(<1 arc-minute). General grinding machine in market is adopted with servo motor and ball screw connected with shaft coupling to guide the grinding wheel translation by linear rail to make offset between grinding wheel base’s side and saw blade center. In the process, there are two deviations at least, one is calculation error in offset, that is numerical accumulation behind decimal point; another is backlash of screw and screw’s tolerance. 

3. Our grinding machine has less drive mechanisms, which makes the maintenance easy.
