Polishing/lapping single surface of metal parts and thin and hard brittle non-metal parts.
Technical characters:
1.Water-cooled structure of the lapping plate with four working stations.
2.The press plate of 4 stations is driven by 4 station motors separately with stepless regulating speed.
3.The lift of press plate is driven by cylinder, and there are precise pressure reducing valve and electrical proportional valve accurately control the working pressure, make sure precise and adjustable.
4.Peristaltic pump, it is precise to control the flow rate of polishing/lapping liquid for a better effect to different work piece.
5.PLC controlling, which it is flexible and reliable. With touch screen, it is convenient to show alert information and state. Besides, the interface is friendly and the information is huge.
