1.Working Principles:
The feeding pump is installed inside the machine body, when put the materials into the bottom of the valve, the dispersion axis drives the dispersed plate to rotate so that the grinding balls can move quickly. Under the pressure of the balls, the materials can be sheared and ground evenly.
2. Features:
(1) The machine is easy to operate, clean, and change color.
(2) According to the user's requirements and the materials, the barrel and the dispersed plate can be made by carbon steel or stainless steel.
(3) The liner of the barrel can be made of high wear-resistant polyurethane material so that it could provide a reliable guarantee for processing high purity materials.

It is widely used to produce architectural coatings, alkyd resins, fuel, printing ink, pesticides, industrial coating paints, anti-corrosive primers, paints for road marking, paper, leather, cosmetics, and other chemical industries.
