Steamed Green Tea/Sencha
Sencha dated from Chinese Tang Dynasty. A classic called tea, written by Lu Yu, noted the previous facture. Through the right facture, consequently, the tea will gain green color in tea appearance, soup of cup and bottom of cup, after then it will be pretty good-looking. During South song dynasty, originally aimed in study and learn Buddhism, a Japanese dignitary came to China, and took the facture to Japan. From then on, the facture has continued in Japan and got great improvement in processing techniques, mechanization, continuity and automation.
Now a day, sencha literally means roasted tea which is a Japanese style green tea. Process of Japanese style green tea is mechanized. The leaves are first steamed on a rapidly moving conveyor belt to make them soft and supple, then cooled and repeatedly rolled, pressed, sorted, polished and dried before being cooled again and packed at the end of the production line. We could supply the whole leaf sencha tea, and the sencha fannings used to make sencha teabag.
On the basis of importing automatic or semiautomatic sencha process lines, we have established a large-scale sencha production base. Depended on following processes: fresh leaf storage?
steaming?preliminary rolling?twisting?secondary rolling?final rolling?drying and blending, the tea grows into standard and acquires high quality. It secures the tea?s freshness on the grounds that little chlorophyll has been damaged result from killing enzyme with high temperature vapor in a very short time and all tea is stored in storehouse with a constant temperature 0-6 degree centigrade.

All our Sencha's materials come from our self-managing tea farms. The residue of pesticide has been being controlled strictly. And the sencha was produced by automatic process lines imported from Japan. The characteristics of qualified Sencha are straight in apearance, fragrant in flavor, brisk in taste and fresh green color in infusion. It is very welcome to the custmers who like real color, taste and flaver. Besides the other healthy functions like most other tea, drinking Sencha could ingest abundant vitamin C and chlorophyll.
