MP30 dough divider rounder /Chinese Bread Maker is used to divide dough(composed of wheaten flour, water and additives) into dough balls through processes of conveying, cutting and rounding. Finished dough balls can be used for steamed Chinese bread, pita bread, chapati, tortilla etc.

Working Principle:

Turn on the motor and put the dough into the feed. The dough is extruded and conveyed to the nozzle by double screw propellers. Then the dough goes through the nozzel and is cut by the blade. Divided dough balls fall into the forming plates and round themselves in these round tunnels. Finished dough balls are of round top and flat bottom. The weight of dough balls can be controlled by the distance between the nozzel and hanging wheel.
