This two component coating machine work together with the rotary coating machine, after use this two component coating mix the glue, put the glass on the rotary coating machine,then use the glue gun to make coating.

1).For insulating glass sealant coating, you can choose this way,first layer sealant glue coating use the Butyl extruder machine to coat,the second layer sealant glue coating use the Two component coating machine to coat.(Two component glue you can use the Silicon sealant glue or the Polysulfide glue)

9.Two component glue
Two component glue has two kinds, one is Silicon glue,the other is Polysufide glue
it has two Bucket, one bucket is white silicon glue(A),it is 55 gallon, the other bucket is black silicon glue(B), it is 5 gallon, the two bucket glue mix by 10:1, after mix glue, use the glue gun to begin coating, put the glass on a rotary coating table to make coating.
