Fangding 2 layers (FD-J-1-2)eva glass laminating machine maily have three parts:furnace body,PLC control cabinate and the tray.
1.The furnace body maily for the heating,our FD-J-1-2 adopt Germany heating technology,far infrared heating system.Heating up fast and evenly.The deperature difference inside the furnace do not exceed 2 ℃.
2.The PLC control cabinate can not only adjust the current anc voltage to your local ones but also has the self-check function,any problem,you can check on the touch screen.
We adopt wind-cooling vacuum pump with 24 hours stable work.The pump is equipped with air filter and oil filter.What's more,the buffer tank beside of it can ensure the vacuum for the silicon bag in case of any electricity failure.
3.FD-J-1-2 has two trays.Comed with 2 vacuum bag.Each of the vacuum bag can be loaded with 3 layers of combined glass.And the vacuum bag we used features high tear resistance,good sealing and long useful lifetime.
