Description
Based on the principle of magnetic beads separation and purification, FineMag Plasma Circulating DNA Maxi Kit is suitable for purification of high quality cir- culating nucleic acid from 0.5-10mL serum and plasma.There is no need to use toxic phenol and chlo- roform during the extraction process, no time-con- suming alcohol precipitation. The kit can be integrated with magnetic rod or pipetting method of automatic nucleic acid extractor for high-throughput extraction, or manual operation.

Method:2mL plasma was extracted with GENFINEM107 and two competing products, measure the concentration and purity, and perform qPCR. Result: The concentration of cfDNA extracted by GEN- FINE M107 is higher than the other two competing products. And the Ct value of qPCR is lower than competing products.
