YK6012 5 axis cnc spline horizontal hobbing machine
Such cnc spline hobbing machine is capable of processing all kinds of straight-teeth and helical spline shafts or straight-teeth and helical cylindrical gear by hobbing method, straight-teeth and helical coupling gears, taper splines and stepped gears through its generating technology.
It is mainly applied to production of the workpieces with spline shafts driving shafts and gears which are adopted by automobiles, tractors, and processing industries in batch production.
The machine is served by FANUC oi-MD 5-axis controlling CNC system, it is featured with reliability and fine protection functions. There is a 10.4 inch LCD display. Besides, cutters are driven by AC spindle motor which has big power, and drives smoothly.
The speed range of hob can be changed from 200 to 1200 (stepless).
It is suitable for dry cutting in high speed on the condition of cooling air.
