Brief:
Our integrated solar street light which integrates the green-energy parts solar
panel, LED lamp and the Li-Fe battery into a single product, is with human
intelligence induction system to gain the solution of low-energy, long-time,
high-luminance and free maintenance. And the same time, it ’ s convenient in the
shipment and installation.
Purpose:
To be installed in the garden, residential area, courtyard, road, mine area or
parking area or provide the light in roads where it ’ s necessary, the battery provide
the energy for lighting, and the solar panel charge for the battery.
Product parts:
The product is made up with the integrated parts (solar panel, Li-Fe battery, LED,
MPPT controller and human intelligence induction system) and the light pole.
Working characters:
The solar panel converts sunlight into electricity and stored in Li-Fe battery via
controller, the LED light will work in night automatically by light sensor control,
and provide light for the darkness area, the human intelligence induction system
can save the energy when the lighting is not necessary

Manual :
*.“All in One solar street light”can not work without sunshine charging, please select the
suitable product model according to the local sunshine radiation and the annual total
radiation.
*.“All in One solar street light” adopts the long life Lithium battery for storing energy,
charging temperature at day time is between: 0°C~+60°C,when temperature goes lower
than 0°C ,the control system will stop automatically to protect the battery, and it will revive to
charge the battery while temperature goes higher than 0°C. Discharging temperature at night
is between: -20°C~+60°C,any ambient beyond will bring damage to the battery. Please
confirm your local extreme temperature is suitable for above while selecting the street light..
*.Battery of the “All in One solar street light” can bestored for 6 months long after full charged,
and please examine, charge it periodically after long time transportation to prevent damage.
*.While installed in Northern Hemisphere, please make sure the surface of the solar panel
to be facing the South to collect maximum sunshine radiation, While installed in Southern
Hemisphere, please make sure the surface of the solar panel to be facing the North to collect
maximum sunshine radiation. At the same tie please keep it away from any shadow of house,
trees etc.
*.Keep clearing the surface of the All in One solar street light with normal detergent to get
maximum power generation, clear the dust or tree leaves or any grease.
*.Fuse holder built on the light housing, please take off the isolation film before using,one
pc of fuse 5A(220V) be offered for backup.

FAQ:

1.How many years the service life for LED light, battery and motion senor?
LED light can be used 50000 hours, battery and senor can be used over 5 years.
2.Solar street light at what temperature range can work normally?
It works between under 20 degrees to 60 degrees.
3.What are the mounting distance requirements?
Usually under 20 watts light are for civil use and customers can calculate or choose the suitable mounting distance according to the financial situation and illumination zone;
Lights over 20 watts are used for government project, mounting distance is between 25 to 30 meters depending on the price and height requirements for project and the requirement for luminous effect.
4.Which places are suitable for the integrated solar street light?
Courtyard, garden, township roads and rural roads, tourist attractions, park, fishing boat and all the places which lack of electricity or places where need energy conservation and environmental protection.
5.Is that the battery can not be used after 5 years as the introduction said it can be used 5 to 8 years?
It doesn’t mean it can not be used after 5 years. It means the discharge rate is declining every year and it will shorter the light time when the discharge rate is too low. Then we just need to change the battery.
6.What is the direction and angle for installation?
Install the light face to the North for customers from the Southern Hemisphere and install the light face to the South for customer from the Northern Hemisphere.
The angle is about 15 to 20 degrees. The first version of 15(and bellow) watts of light are adjustable as three different angles and the second version of all products are fixed, can not be adjust because it can make the light more efficient and the installation more standardized and easier.
7.How much is the conversion of solar panels?
Polycrystal is about 12-15% and mono crystalline is about 18-20%, and the Sunpower is about 22-24%.
8.How about the Luminous Decay?
The standard is: no Luminous Decay in 1000 hours,1% for 3000 hours,3% for 10000 hours and no more than 30% for 50000 hours.
9.How many people to mount a set of light?
Light pole under 4 meters need 2 persons; about 5-6 meters height need 3-5 people; height over 7 meters need to use a crane.
We created an all-in-one very convenient anchor cage which you need to put it underground with not over 3 people, save more labor cost.
10.Can it be soak in water?
Can not, because this water is using height over 3 meters instead of under water so it does not need to reach the IP rate to 68. But our products are IP65, it is waterproof.
11.What are the advantages of all-in-one integrates solar street light?
It does not need electricity, easy to install, maintain and repair, light pole can use many different materials, it’s using lithium iron phosphate battery (1/3 lighter than other battery, 100% discharge capacity and long service life)
 
12.What are the differences between lithium iron phosphate battery and lead acid cell?
Lithium iron phosphate battery rated voltage higher than lead-acid batteries and one lithium iron phosphate batteries alternative 1.6pcs of lead-acid batteries. Lead-acid batteries contain heavy metals and easy to cause serious pollution to the environment. The internal spillover sulfate corrosion of equipment and not good for human. Lithium iron phosphate battery no pollution, do not contain heavy metals and it is very light
