Specification of gantry crane
1. Double girder gantry Crane is widely used together with winch or trolley for lifting device.
2. It is a medium and heavy size crane which travels in track.
3. The beams and legs adopts box-type welding frame, the crane travelling mechanism adopts separate drive.
4. All motions are operated in the driver's cabin or wireless remote control, the power supply of crane adopts cables or sliding wires, select one when ordering.
5 Power is supplied by cable or slide wire.
6. It is prohibited for lifting melt metal, flammable, explosive, corrosion, overloading, dust and other dangerous operations.
Working condition of gantry crane
1. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive and corrosives environment.
2. The industry voltage is 3Phase AC, 380V, 50 HZ. It can be design by your requirement.
Double girder container gantry crane is suitable for loading and unloading of large span, frequently railway freight yard, port, open storage, container transfer station etc.
It with a maximum load handling capacity of 300t,the crane is commonly found at port, storage yard, and outdoor freight yard, where it is used to load or unload bulk goods or various others.
In a gantry crane, the main bridge beam is supported by two supporting legs that run along the rail at the ground level. The main beam can be extended at both ends by using the girder overhangs so that the peripheral area of workshop can be served.
