High efficiency waste tire recycling machine
Waste tire powder production line can process waste tires and other rubber products into rubber powder at room temperature. This waste tyre recycle line is used for recycling 550-1200mm waste tire, the final product is 5-30 mesh rubber powder. If processed by rubber grinder,the final product can be 40-120 mesh fine rubber powder. After processed by this tire recycle line, steel can be completely separated and fiber can be separated up to 99% or above.

Our advantages
There are two grooved rollers on our tire crusher that enhance the grinding capacity of the equipment, the old type is one smooth, one groove.
The material used on the rollers is alloy 5Cr6MnMo, a kind of abrasion-resistant alloy, old type adopt cast iron, which is easy to break up.
