This fruit/vegetable cleaning and grading machine is used to sort and grade the round shape fruit
and vegetable according to the size. It is the fist design of the fruit cleaning and grading machine in China,

It is composed of materials supplying lifter , spiral boiling machine , water spraying lifter , vibration cleaning machine , automatic precooling machine and electrical control cabinet .
1. Boiling machine : boiling period : 1 min ----10 min adjustable , with steam electromagnetic valve, control steam temperature 90--110 oC automatically . Two functions of boiling and sterilization .
2. Automatic precooling machine : Ice water temperature : 0-4 oC, transfer belt speed can be adjusted according various frozen products , to make the temperature of products cooled as required .
Suitable vegetable&fruit: sword bean, grean soya bean, pea, Dutch bean, maizegrain, asparagus,commoncalla, taro, mushroom, cauliflower,
lotus root, onion, strawberry, Orange, Plum, Apple, Peach, litchi, cherry,ect.
