Equipment Technical Description:
1) Airbag tensioning device: This airbag tensioning device mainly works by injecting high pressure air and completes its function. When the equipment is off, the air pressure in the air bag is equal to the normal atmospheric pressure, so it belongs to the normal contraction state. Before the equipment starts to work, open the compressed air valve and adjust the intake pressure through the air pressure regulator to achieve the required tightening effect.
2) Pneumatic adjustment deviation device: The pneumatic adjustment deviation device mainly uses the forward and backward movement of the cylinder to push forward and backward movement of the deviation wheel to complete the adjustment of the conveyor belt. When the equipment is in operation, the conveyor belt will inevitably move to the left and right. Pneumatic adjustment and deviation device can achieve the function of adjusting deviation automatically through the collision of the conveyor belt with the control valve of the cylinder under the situation of the left and right movement of the conveyor belt.
