Description of mango juice extractor machine
The equipment are special design for fruit destoning, skin removal, finishing of pulps from product like mangoes, peach, grapefruit, plum etc. Machine has 2 types: single track and double tracks machine, single tracks can only remove the stone or seed from mango, cannot pulp it. While the double tracks machine can not only remove the stone, but also pulp mango into juice. The equipment consist of feed screw, scraper rotors and sieve. By scraper rotation to broken fruit and under centrifugal force function, the skin&seed get separate from pulp.
Match with VFD to adjust speed, to protect the pitting efficient.
