Technical Description:
The spiral vegetable movement in the washer cylinder can remove both sand and floating tiny insects and impurities. The lateral fines removal drum has a good filterability enough to separate objects larger than 0.6mm, which can reduce water pollution maximum from vegetable leaves suction by water pump in a second time and increase circulating water service time. It can be taken down for cleaning and maintenance without any tools.

2. Special design for the sand trap, it’s at the bottom of the wash tank. Big particles and sand will be removed from the water flow and stay in the sand trap. So the clean water could be circulated. When change water, remove the sand trap to flush the sand.
4. There is a lateral fines removal drum. The distance is 0.6mm, so very small particles could be removed and the fines could not get into the pump, which protects the water pump. Water flows through the filter drum back to the pump tank.
This fines drum can be easily tilted over and taken out completely from its fixtures to allow cleaning
6. Water spray at the end of the washing line. It will clean the vegetables compeletely.
