- Introduction
The machine which is accord with the industry standard of food processing equipment, is made of
SUS304 stainless steel in order to wash it conveniently after finishing the working. this device is made up of three parts: one-level conveyor, two-level conveyor and screener roller. screener roller is composed
of at least two rollers with the shape of big in top and small in buttom. there are space can be formed
between two rollers which selecting the shrimp. it finishes the all the producting process from
transporting to selecting automatically and increase the efficiency very much. the device adopt numerical
to control specification of shrimp, the precision can reach industry standard, it is the perfect processing
equipment for marine product.
Application: different specification screening for shrimp with or without head and shrimp meat.

A. The first two converysuppors is make of75×45×1.5mm and 50×25×1.5stainless steel square pipe, the
elevating is make of 304/2B stainless steel panle of 1.5mmthickness
B. Convery guide rail is 1.5mm thickness 304/2B stainless steel panle and fibreboard.

D. Body support Φ114×2.5mm 304/2Bstainless steel square pipe.
E. Assorting cylinder is Φ125×130mm plastic Steel,18pcs.With UCP207 and UCF207 axes 36pcs
F. Guard plate both sides and exit is 1.5mm thickness 304/2B stainless steel

H. At bottom,there are 5pcs conveyors,the convery is polyvinyl chloride steel,width:185mm.each
