Indonesia has the largest coconut plantations in the world in account to about 31.2% from total coconut plantations in the world. Therefore Indonesia has the largest potential resources to supply coconut product to the world's market. It is only recently has modern medical science unlocked the secrets to coconut's amazing health benefits. Therefore, there is an increase global demand of coconut products for example coconut water and coconut oil which not only valued as food but possess healing properties.

Our Coconut Meat

PT Tulus Agrois an integrated coconut processing company and offer fresh and chilled coconut. Frozen coconut can be processed, packaged and shipped to customers all over the world. Our frozen coconut is fresh coconut meat that has 8-15mm in thickness, we remove brown skin then cut into pieces then package. Within 3 hour the coconut meat is chilled in cold storage up to -18 degree Celcius.

Our Coconut Water

Coconut tree is known as “Tree of Life” because we can live practically based on coconut alone. One of the greatest Nature’s gifts is COCONUT WATER. Coconut water is one of the most delicious and nitrous drink many would like to drink.

Coconut water or also known as coconut juice has got many medicinal properties. It contains organic compounds possessing growth hormones promoting properties. It keeps the body cool, prevents summer boils and subsides rashes caused by small pox, chicken pox, measles etc.

Because of saline and albumen in coconut water, it forms a good drink for cholera, checks urinary infection, and diarrhea, and effective in the treatment of kidney stones and urethral stones. It can also be injected through intravenous in emergency case.

It aids quick absorption of medicines and has a natural isotonic beverages with some level of electrolytic balance as we have in our blood. It is urinary antiseptic and eliminates poisons in case of mineral poisoning. It is good for infants suffering from intestinal disturbances. It is an antidote to ward off the ill effects of tobacco and alcohol, an excellent tonic for old and sick and cures malnutrition. Found as blood plasma substitute because it is sterile, does not produce heat, does not destroy red blood cells and is readily accepted by the body. Our Coconut Fibre

COCO FIBER is a coarse fiber extracted from the fibrous outer shell of a coconut. The coir fiber is relatively water-proof and is one of few natural fibers resistant to damage by salt water.

Coir fiber is used in floormats and doormats, automobile dashboard, brushes, sleeping mattresses, and for use in erosion control on river banks and hillsides as geotextile. Coir Fiber pads are sprayed with rubber latex which bonds the fibers together (rubberized coir) to be used as upholstery padding for the automobile industry in Europe. The material is also used for insulation and packaging.

Our Coconut CHARCOAL

Coconut Charcoal is a product obtained from coconut shell. It is produced by burning shells of fully matured coconuts in limited supply of air sufficient only for carbonization, but not for complete destruction. We use Gasification system instead of traditional drum method to produce high quality charcoal. This system also create charcoal that are thicker, has better moisture content and high carbon level therefore longer combustion. Gasification system protect environment as reduce smokes to air that create air pollution. Coconut charcoal is used widely as domestic and industrial fuel and is also used to produce activated carbon. Activated Carbon produced from coconut shell has certain specific advantages as the raw material can absorb certain molecular species. Activated carbon is used for water drinking purification, gas and chemical purification and medical uses for poisoning treatment.
