If a part is bad and urgent, clients take photos of scutcheon, side of the whole forklift and the bad part, Goodsense can send out the part within a day, and if the weight not excess 10KGs, Goodsense can deliver parts toclients by DHL,Fedex or else, if it is heavier, shipped by sea within a day. as for the labor, Goodsense will refund clients with 100dollar per set,if clients order quantity excess 20 sets yearly.
