The Most Powerful Wood Chipper is mainly composed of a base, a knife roller, an upper and lower feeding mechanism, a feeding device, a hydraulic buffer system and an electrical control system. The machine base is welded with high-strength steel plate, which is the supporting foundation of the whole machine.
The main working parts of the knife-roll chipper are welded by steel plates, which have good rigidity and moment of inertia. The knife roller is connected to the main shaft through a locking device or a flat key, which has a simple structure and is easy to disassemble and assemble.
The two flying knives on the knife roller are fixed on the knife roller with the manufactured flying knife bolts through the knife block. The upper feeding mechanism is composed of upper feeding roller seat, feeding roller, feeding roller shaft, pendulum shaft, speed reducer, etc., and the lower feeding mechanism is composed of feeding roller, supporting roller, feeding roller shaft, and speed reducer.
The feed roller has a hot diameter and heavy weight, with coarse teeth on the surface, which can compress the raw material so that it enters the cutting position at a uniform speed.
The feeding device has two forms: belt conveyor and vibrating material. The belt conveyor is composed of a head wheel, a tail wheel, a belt and a frame. The vibrating feeder is composed of a trough, a base and a driving part.
The hydraulic buffer system is composed of oil pump, large and small cylinders, single throttle valve, accumulator, stop valve, and other pipeline components, mainly to alleviate the impact of the upper feeding roller and make it rise and fall smoothly.
