DESCRIPTION: Carrageenan is obtained by aqueous extraction of natural strains of seaweeds of Gigartina skottsbergii, which has the character of low temperature solubility and can be scattered in warm water or warm milk. It is highly protein-reactive that can achieve the effect of the suspension with lower amount. When applied in products, it can improve moisture retention and taste.

 

USAGE:

1. Blend with other gums or directly used in the production process of end-products;
2. It's suggested to mix with other ingredients, such as sugar, then disperse into cold water, to avoid
agglomerate;
3. Usage amount depends on the actual demand in production process.
