1. The main technical parameters:

a. Output: process 60T wheat per day.

b. Extraction flour: when the quality of the wheat conform the stipulation of China GB1351-86 wheat

(the volume weight is over 770g/l)

f. The production line adopts 6pc 40 double mills.

2.The technological process:

a. The part of cleaning wheat: It adopts dry technology of more than 10 courses processes, which including two sifter, two scourer, one stoner, one washer, two magnetic separator and so on.

b. The part of making flour :

It adopts technological process of 4B,4M,1S,2Z. It extracts the flour with plain plansifter.

4.The number of the worker:

  Every shift needs 6 workers, include one workers in cleaning, one workers in making flour, one worker for repairing and controlling the electricity, three workers for bagging.

5.Install adjust and technique  training:

The customer can install, adjust the equipments by oneself, If needs our Co.,Limited to guide install, adjust. the customer should send a invited letter to our Co.,Limited, we can send 2 technicians to help install and adjust, and the time of installing, adjusting is about 60 days, the workers can attend to the actions of installing, adjusting, during the training, we also give the lessons to the workers.

6. After sign the contract and we receive payment in advance of 30% the total amount of the contract, we begin to produce and can deliver the equipment in 60 days.

7. The guarantee of quality: with one year from the day of buying the equipment, the problems of the main parts belong to quality, we are responsible to repairreturn merchandise and exchange the equipment, but the normal wear and tear and the vulnerable parts exclude.
