 sea bass stems from the (Dicentrarchus labrax), Moronidae Family. It has a body shaped like a missile. The body of this fish is covered with big scales and the back of the fish is grey. The stomach has a silver color. The meat of this fish includes no fat and it is quite delicious. It is better to cook it under steam or cook it by adding salt rather than just grilling it.
