In social life,fire is one of disasters that threaten public security and endanger people’s lives and properties.As the saying goes,’Fire and water have no mercy’,’Thief steals half,fire burns all’.According to the information from UN “World Fire Statistics Center”,the loss caused by fire doubles within 7 years in USA,in average 16 years in Japan and in average 12 years China.The fire happens over 10,000 cases everyday all over the world and causes hunderds of people’s death.Our company has researched and developed fire protection products which are made by fiberglass for more then ten years, because fiberglass is not burning and can resist high temperature. Now, the introduction is as follows.

First, homehold fire blanket1. By using twill or satin fiberglass fabric of 310g/m2 or 430g/m2, we cut it into the cerain size as homehold fire blanket. The size is 1m*1m, 1.2m*1.2m, 1.2m*1.8m and 1.2m*3m. Our products have been exported to Australia, UK, Italy and Germany. Our fire blanket passed many international standards such as UK’s BSEN1869 and Australian AS/NZS 3504, etc. This kind of fire blanket is suitable for homehold extinguishment of small fire (Picture A) and protect body from the big fire(Picture B).

A. Export to the Germany in plastic box packing.

2. Based 200g/m2 or 310g/m2 plain or twill fiberglass fabric, we make silicon rubber coating on the surface of it, which enhance sealed ability of fire blanket. When escaping away fire, the coating face is close to the body, which is the best fire blanket for the people who allergic to fiberglass. The size is same as above.
3. As per the client’s requirement, we use twill 430g/m2 fiberglass fabric as fire blanket. We supply “all-in-one’’ service, from cutting, hemming, setting tape, buckle making and packing. We also supply other coating fire blankets such as single-side coating, silicon coating or acrylic resin coating. According to the 10 years’ experience, we don’t recommend the fire blanket coated with acrylic resin because its surface is so hard that influence the effect of extinguishing.
4.The safety fire blanket used for ship,automobile and plane
This fire blanket is made of special fiberglass fabric with stand temperature 800℃, area weight 18Oz (600g/m2) and the size is 6x6 feet or 8x8 feet. It is used as fire fabric in the public place such as automobiles, ships, airplanes, etc. We exported it to USA, pls. see following picture.
Second,Welding blanket

To protect body and prevent the fire when welding, we can use the welding blanket which is made by 2025 texturized fiberglass fabric 800g/m2. The color of it is yellow, light blue and dark green. According to customer’s requirement,we can put brass buckles on the sides. The photos are 6*6 feet and 8*8 feet welding blanket. It also can be used to protect industrial instrumentation equipment from fire.Welcome to cooperate with us.
Third,Fiberglass fire isolated belt

When Moscow forest fires, we process big size fiberglass fire fabric as isolated belt according to customer’s requirement. Based on 430g/m2 or 600g/m2 fiberglass fabric , we stitch it to be the size of 3m(W) x 13m(L)/roll. When the fire happens, the fire isolated belt can form the barrier to block the fire.

Spreaded on the ground in the big fire, the fire belt can form 3m width isolation belt to prevent the fire spreading.
Forth, homehold fire bag and fire box

                 
We should be prepared against want when face the emergency matter. Our fire box and fire and bag are workable since we can put the important documents, contracts and jewelry into it to prevent fire.
According to customer’s requirement,the specifications which we have exported are as follows.
1.fiberglass fire bag, size is 20*25cm and 30*45cm
2.water proof fiberglass fire bag with single side coated of silicone, stand temperture is 260℃, and size is 30*45cm
3.Fire box, which is made of aluminum foil and aluminum silicate paper of heat-resistant 1000℃. Size is 320*250*65mm, 210*145*85mm.
We can cooperate with customer to reserach and develop such fire box, which is not only fire prevention but also waterproof.
